We're Unique

Access Tier 5 is one of only a few authorised UK business immigration programmes that can provide flexibility within the Tier 5 Government Authorised Exchange (GAE) category. We are able to sponsor candidates for up to 12 months at a time, and 24 months in total.

UK Home Office promotes Tier 5 GAE as the most appropriate route for non-EEA nationals wishing to experience work life in the UK as it allows UK Employers the opportunity to offer internships to graduate recruits.

Tier 5 GAE also gives Employers the chance to assess a candidate's capabilities during the internship before offering them a more permanent position and sponsoring them under Tier 2.

Who we work with

We work directly with employers or via their nominated immigration advisors, who require our sponsorship services to bring over non-EEA nationals for their internship programmes under Tier 5 GAE.

We help students and recent graduates on Tier 4 switch categories in the UK to Tier 5 GAE should they fulfil Home Office requirements.

We also work with students and recent graduates outside of the UK who have arranged an internship with a UK Employer and require our sponsorship services to work in the UK.

For Employers

1. We offer an initial assessment service and only charge the assessment fees should the initial assessment be successful, thereby avoiding any unnecessary fees for our clients.

2. When we facilitate a candidate's immigration under Tier 5 GAE, we take over all sponsorship responsibilities from the employer for the duration of the individuals internship.

3. We provide full support to our clients throughout the process of the application, clearly advising on every step including entry clearance and visa Application. This avoids the need to hire an immigration lawyer/consultant, thereby helping our clients to save on additional costs.

4. We have quick turnaround times, issuing a Certificate of Sponsorship within two - five working days of approving your application.

5. Tier 5 GAE is a great route to use in order to gauge whether there is employer candidate compatibility before both sides fully commit to a more permanent position under Tier 2.

For Graduates

1. We are an A rated sponsor, which means we can certify maintenance of funds for the candidates, we sponsor under Tier 5 GAE.

2. Candidates in the UK on Tier 4 can switch to Tier 5 GAE if they can find an internship that meets UK Visas and Immigration's (UKVI) criteria.

3. We provide full support to our clients throughout the process of the application, clearly advising on every step including entry clearance and visa application.

4. We have quick turnaround times, issuing a Certificate of Sponsorship between two - five working days of approving your application.
